4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn
• Each member is entitled to each welcome offer once only
• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately

6 Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

All bets placed and games participated in on akbd are subject to these rules. Once a bet is placed or a game has begun, it cannot be cancelled — unless a technical error occurs.

• All game results are determined by certified RNG and cannot be altered
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded
• In the event of a disconnection, the result saved on akbd's servers shall be final
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake is generally refunded
• Live betting has a fixed time window — bets placed after the deadline will not be accepted

7 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on akbd. Any violation may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual
• Placing bets using bots, software, or automated methods
• Attempting to claim bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs
• Misrepresenting yourself as or impersonating akbd staff

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Akbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account. However, this will not be done without valid grounds.

• Violations of the terms may result in account closure without prior notice
• Accounts may be temporarily locked if a security concern is detected
• Accounts may be deactivated after prolonged inactivity (12+ months)

In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned if no breach of terms is established. If a breach is proven, the balance may be forfeited.
